We received our official approval from immigration today, so we are set to go to Thailand FINALLY! We're hoping for an early May board date in Thailand (we actually have to go before adoption board members), and if so, we may be in Bangkok for the Coronation celebration for their current king. He has been king since 1949, and I'm betting this will be one awesome celebration as the Thai people have great respect for their king. More to come soon when we receive our travel date!

Great news Angie!! Yes, after you pick your gorgeous boy up you will head back to BKK and will attend a Board Meeting with about 4 board members and your Social Worker. Now usually the youngest children will be first up and if you have an older child, you may have to wait a couple of hours. Take plenty to do for the kids and drinks and food to keep them occupied. You will be in a big airconditioned room but once you are 'called' you will be waiting for a bit in the heat!You'll be fine. don't worry about the questions asked at the board meeting as they are just evderyday questions. Their English is very good also.
