HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY
Those of you familiar with Gary Chapman's Love Languages,
mine is "acts of service." I love for someone to pitch in
and help me do something.
Last night,
Jamie went shopping, and cooked dinner for me. He rented a
movie for the boys to watch while
we had a "Valentine's Day date" in our diningroom.
He even made the boys' dinner.
For us, he cooked steak on the grill (which
he had to shovel snow off first),
lobster tail, french bread with dipping
sauce, a salad, and a glass
of red wine. He even brought out
our good dishes.
What a treat!
My boys presented me with these:
this from Jacob...
and this from Amarin.
HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR
Two holidays in one day! We're ready!
Here are the paper lanterns we made
which are hanging around the house.

How absolutely wonderful! How blessed you are with such a wonderful hubby...and amazing children :)
Have a GREAT day, friend.
Awwww! My mouth is hanging open and I'm teary eyed because every (wife) should feel like you are your husbands queen or love of their life and how awesome to have Jamie show you in such a loving way. He could have ordered dinner out or taken you someplace but to have him cook dinner for the kids and then for you two to have a romantic dinner. How wonderful. :)
That is awesome!! Love the lanterns too!
What a wonderful date! And you didn't even have to pay a babysitter! Your Hubby is a keeper!!
Love the lanterns the children made!
